All subscriptions are due before the Opening Meet and should be sent to the Secretary with cheques payable to 'Tedworth Hunt'. A 5% discount will apply to subscriptions paid by 1st August.
Field money for mounted hound exercise and Autumn Hunting up to 30th September will be £10 and from the 1st October will be £20 (half prices for under 18s). There will be no field money due for those that have paid their subscription.
Full subscribers employee's may hunt on the subscriber's horse by prior arrangement with the Secretary and are entitled to ask one guest per season at no cost.
All visitors must notify the Secretary prior to the day's hunting.
Vouchers must be handed to the secretary prior to day's hunting.
All children under 14 must be accompanied by a mounted adult

and Conditions
All subscribers hunt at their own risk. The Tedworth Hunt and landowners
accept no liability for any damage to person, horses or property how so
ever caused.
All mounted followers are required to be members of the Countryside
Alliance. (Benefits include legal liability insurance up to £5
million, £30,000 disability insurance and £15,000 accidental
death cover)
