POINT TO POINT - COURSE
A gently undulating course over pasture on chalk. The fences are well built and include some portable fences. The course well maintained and there is excellent viewing. Races held over three miles comprise of 2 ¼ circuits.

THE COURSE
The course was established in 1992 and has become a popular fixture in the point to point calendar. The course runs left handed. There are 8 fences including 1 open ditch. For 3 mile races there are 18 jumps (2 open ditches)

DIRECTIONS
The course is situated 4 miles south of Swindon and 4 miles north west of Marlborough off the A4361. From Avebury proceed along the A4361 for 3 miles. Turn right signposted Barbury Racecourse. After a further 2 miles the course will be found on the left. From Junction 15 of the M4, proceed southwards along the A346. At Ogbourne Maizey, turn right and after 1 mile the course will be found on the right.
