There are 5 classes to choose from with fences ranging from 2'6" to 3'6".
Prize money is generous and there are rosettes to 10th place. There is also a selection of silverware for winners and special prizes

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

ENTRIES:All entries to be received by first post Wednesday 21st April on the official entry form. Cheques should be made payable to: TEDWORTH HUNT HUNTER TRIALS. No entry will be accepted without remittance.  LATE ENTRIES WILL BE SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL £5 ON TOP OF THE CLASS ENTRY FEE AND PLACES AVAILABLE ON  THE DAY WILL BE LIMITED.

WITHDRAWALS: All withdrawals must be made to the Secretary by 10am on Wednesday 21st April.  No entry money will be refunded without a valid vets certificate after this date.

STARTING TIMES: For starting times competitors may view our website on www.tedworthhunt.co.uk or telephone 01672 563663 or 07767 305385 for Classes 1, 2, 4 & 5 between 6pm and 10pm on the evening of Friday 23rd April 2010.  Please comply with the request to keep within these timings.  

COURSE: The course will be open for inspection on Saturday 24th April from 12 noon ONLY.  There are 3 courses and a the timed section will run across the whole course.  The course is situated at Larkhill, (grid ref. SU125455) at the Point-to-Point course and is signposted from the Durrington roundabout on the A345.

RULES, DRESS & SAFETY CLOTHING:The Hunter Trial is to be run under BE Rules 2010 www.britisheventing.com Crash helmets or hard hats  are compulsory and body protectors are highly recommended and compulsory for children (the MOD regulations for MOD land stipulate this) at all times when mounted.

NUMBERS DEPOSIT: A deposit of £5 will be required for number cloths, of which £2 will be refunded when returned.  £3 will be donated to St. John Ambulance and compulsory paramedic.  YOUR SAFETY COMES FIRST.

FACILITIES:Car parking is free and refreshments will be available on the day.  St. John Ambulance and Vet on site.

LIABILITY: The organising Committee reserve the right to cancel or alter any class, divide any class, alter advertised times and refuse entry without stating the reason.  The Organisers will not accept any liability for any accident, injury, illness or damage to horses, owners, riders, or any person or property, how so ever caused.
