1. Horses/ponies must be 4 years or more
2. Riders are to obtain a starting number from the Secretary's box on arrival
3. Hard hats of jockey's scullcaps must be worn. Body protectors are recommended
4. The course is to be ridden in pairs or larger groups. Individuals wishing to join a suitable group should consult the starter
5. Children under 16 yrs must be accompanied by an adult
6. The ride may be ridden at any safe pace. All obstacles are optional and any or all may be omitted
7. Only 3 attempts are allowed at each obstacle. After three refusals the rider must omit that jump and continue the course
8. Riders must keep to the course. Any wishing to drop out en route should leave the course by well defined paths or roads
9. Rosettes will be awarded to those completing the course on return of numbers
10. The Tedworth Hunt Ride committee have the right to change the venue or cancel the ride due to adverse weather conditions. Please call the Secretary or refer to the website if you are unsure before setting out
11. The decision of the committee on any matter is final
12. The Tedworth Hunt Ride committee and landowners accept no liability for any damage, persons, horse, or property of riders or spectators however caused
13. All dogs must be kept on leads
